A part-time female nurse in a dermatology clinic involved in posting the personal information of a police officer seeking consultation on social media. The police officer later learned of the incident from a friend and exposed the incident.
The female nurse was charged with two counts of dishonest access to a computer and disclosure of personal data obtained without the consent of the data user. She appeared in the Kowloon City Court today (22nd).
She does not need to reply for the time being, and the magistrate adjourned the case until November 17 before bringing the case to court, pending the defense's request for documents and legal advice.
The defendant was released on bail of 2,000 yuan, during which time the prosecution witness was not allowed.

The female defendant Ou Wanhong (25 years old, nurse) was charged at the Kowloon No. 1 Dermatology Specialist Center on August 13 last year for the purpose of dishonestly benefiting her or others and using the computer of the center; and With the consent of the center, the personal information of a police officer was obtained, that is, name, Hong Kong identity card number, date of birth and telephone number, which caused the police officer to suffer psychological harm.
