European governments transfer "hypocritical money" to non-governmental Palestinian organizations to help them regularly sue Israel in the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

A new study by the NGO Monitor Institute reveals that the Swiss government provided $ 700,000 in 2020-2018 to an organization called the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR).

The contract between the state and the organization states that the organization is required to "communicate with the General Prosecutor's Office of the Tribunal ... send documents, communicate with the Tribunal and file cases in international forums."

Israel Today has learned that governments knowingly and deliberately fund petitions against Israel to the Hague Tribunal, primarily through the same Palestinian Center for Human Rights.

These include Denmark, Ireland and Sweden.

These transfer considerable budgets to an organization that Brish Gali declares that it has devoted all its resources to The Hague, and that its goal is to "flood the occupation with hundreds and thousands of lawsuits that will incriminate and convict it."

Another example is al-Mizan, which also petitioned the Hague tribunal funded by the Dutch government.

The NGO Monitor emphasizes that in many other cases Palestinian organizations receive European funding for "legal activities", without explicitly stating that the goal is a lawsuit in The Hague.

The practical result of the generous European funding is a series of meetings held by members of Palestinian organizations with the Chief Prosecutor of the Pato Bensuda Court, and with its representatives.

Ann Herzberg, Legal Adviser to NGO Monitor: "Donor countries must take responsibility for obstacles that prevent Israel from protecting its citizens from Palestinian terrorism."
