The Housing Society applied to the Town Planning Board for the relaxation of plot ratio restrictions on two public housing development sites in Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Village New Development Zone in Zone 8 and Zone 10.

The Housing Association proposes to increase the residential plot ratio from 5.5 times to 6.5 times, which is expected to increase the supply of 430 units to a total of 2,600 units.

More than half of the units are subsidized sale housing

The proposed development consists of six buildings, one of which is a residential building with a height of no more than 25 floors; the other five are comprehensive development buildings, each with a height of 30 to 37 floors.

Among them, 900 units are public rental housing, and the other 1,700 units are subsidized sale housing.
