The number of people infected with corona in the United States has exceeded 7 million
More than one-fifth of all global cases of the virus were recorded in the United States, a rate similar to that of those who died from it in the country.
Ten countries have reported daily records in the number of infected people in the past month, which are estimated to be due, among other things, to the opening of educational institutions.

The number of people infected with the Corona virus in the United States has exceeded seven million, more than 20% of all global cases, according to data from Johns Hopkins University tonight (Saturday).
This is due to a jump in the number of people diagnosed in Midwestern countries, with South and North Dakota reporting the largest increase.
The crossing occurred several days after the country recorded more than 200,000 deaths from the virus, the highest number in the world.
Every day, more than 700 civilians die from corona in the United States.
California tops the list with more than 800,000 diagnoses so far, followed by Texas, Florida and New York.

All Midwestern states, except Ohio, have reported more cases in the past four weeks than those that preceded them, led by South and North Dakota.
In South Dakota the sharpest increase was seen with 8,129 new infections, 166% compared to previous weeks, while in South Dakota the number of cases doubled - 8,752 compared to 4,243 in the same period in August.
The new cases have risen in the past week after falling for eight consecutive weeks.
Health experts believe the jump came as a result of the reopening of schools and universities, as well as that of the annual Labor Day parties.
Ten states reported daily records in the numbers diagnosed in the past month, and only on Thursday was a similar update received from Montana, South Dakota and Utah.
