Cold and rainy weather is closely related to pandemics, according to a study led by Harvard University researcher Alexander More.
The research analyzed the climatic conditions between 1914 and 1919. The period studied was related to the so-called Spanish flu of 1918. The finding becomes relevant in the current covid-19 pandemic, since many parts of the world are entering a second wave of contagions, as winter approaches.
