India's Ministry of Health data showed today that the total number of Corona injuries rose to 6.23 million, after the country recorded 80,472 new infections in the past twenty-four hours.
The ministry said that the deaths increased by 1,179, bringing the total deaths to 97,497.
In Belgium, one of the European countries most affected by the emerging coronavirus, deaths today exceeded the 10,000 threshold, with 12 deaths recorded during the past 24 hours.
The Public Health Institute (Ciansano) stated that the number of deaths in Belgium reached 10,001 deaths, while the total number of injuries reached 117,115, compared to 115,353 the day before.
And in Germany, data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases showed that 1798 new cases of coronavirus were recorded during the past 24 hours.
In China, the National Health Committee said today that the mainland recorded 19 new cases of Covid 19, all of which were imported, up from 12 the previous day.
According to the commission, the number of confirmed cases of Covid 19 on the Chinese mainland reached 85,403, while the number of deaths remained unchanged at 4,634.
