This victory before the Brussels Court of Appeal, the final step in a seven-year fight, was confirmed to AFP by Delphine Boël's lawyer, Marc Uyttendaele and a judicial source.
The 52-year-old plastic artist will bear the surname of Saxe-Cobourg, that of the royal family, said the lawyer.
