Today, the Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of more than two thousand new cases of Coronavirus, for the first time since late April.
The ministry indicated that 2548 new cases of the virus were recorded, bringing the total number of infections to 317,409, including 228,844 cases of recovery.
The ministry pointed out that 24 new deaths were recorded due to the virus, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 35,918 cases.
Yesterday, Italy announced that it had recorded 19 deaths from the virus and 1,851 cases.
