validated the arrest of Antonio De Marco,
confirming the pre-trial detention in prison.

The investigating judge Toriello and the prosecutor Maria Consolata Moschettini left the prison a little while ago followed by the defenders of the student guilty of the murder of Daniele De Santis and his girlfriend Eleonora Manta.
