In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and after the controversy with authorities of the City of Buenos Aires for the return to face-to-face classes, the national government established a protocol of health security measures for Bolivian citizens residing in Argentina and wishing to vote in the elections in his country, scheduled for

The protocol was published this Thursday in the Official Gazette, through Administrative Decision 1784/2020 of the Chief of Cabinet.
According to the norm, the Ministry of Health "may adopt
complementary sanitary measures
to guarantee hygiene and health conditions in all preparatory acts for the electoral act."
The measure entrusts the National Electoral Directorate, the Secretary for Political Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior, the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Security "to coordinate with the jurisdictions the necessary prior actions for the development of the elections" in the country .
The official resolution indicates that "the movements of people must be limited to the strict compliance with the activities related to the preparatory acts of the electoral act,
guaranteeing the movement of the personnel affected to the activities
, including security of the elections and transfer of documentation in advance to the electoral act ".
Likewise, "the entry into the country and interjurisdictional transit of the personnel of
the Supreme Electoral Tribunal of Bolivia
, of the international observers stationed to attend the electoral act and other authorities"
must also be guaranteed

In the case of the jurisdictions, it is determined that it will carry out the "actions aimed at making the establishments necessary for the development of the electoral act" available.

24 schools in the City
