Liga MX
sent its clubs a
document of more than 30 pages in which it details how the fans will return
to the stadiums, the measures to be taken, the allowed capacity and more.
The intention of the League was to allow access to the fans on matchday 14, however, they need the endorsement of the state and municipal government, so far,
in Nuevo León and Jalisco, they have rejected this initiative.
Now it was the turn of the Head of Government, Claudia Sheinbaum, who assured that
it is still too early for the public to return
to their seats.

“For now they are kept closed.
We are in communication with the Ministry of Health and the Mexican Soccer Federation, they
looked for us to see if the stadiums were opened with healthy distance and to see when it could be.

COVID-19 numbers in Mexico City
The capital of the country

along with 14 other entities.
For the CDMX to go yellow,
the hospitalization of patients with COVID-19 would have to lower
, and although this has been achieved, Sheinbaum does not want to rush.
“We have 400 fewer hospitalized, that's good,
but we've been cautious in the city and that helps.
At the moment there will be openings of certain outdoor activities and
we are seeing if the hours of the shops are extended by half an hour.
We have 14 weeks with an orange light, but now it is not the same as 14 weeks ago.
