When both refused, the man (22) attacked with a knife.
Taufkirchen - On Thursday (October 1st) a
32-year-old from Munich was
victim of a
knife attack.
According to the police, the man was not injured by the attack.
The officers arrested a suspect shortly afterwards.

At around 12.45 p.m., the man from Munich was together with his
father
on the banks of the Große Vils in
Taufkirchen
when they were approached by a young man.
They were asked to borrow one of their fishing rods from him.
After father and son refused, the
suspect was
abusive, but withdrew, the police reported.
Shortly afterwards he returned to the river bank and attacked the 32-year-old from Munich with a knife.
The father (56) managed to
fend off
the
attacker
, whereupon he fled.
It goes on to say: "About an hour later, the suspect was found and arrested in an asylum seekers' accommodation in Taufkirchen as part of the close-up search initiated by officers from the Dorfen police station and the Erding operational supplementary services."

"At the request of the Landshut public prosecutor's office, the suspect was brought before the responsible judge," the police said.
