Suspected murder: A young man was shot dead at a gas station in Ibelin
Patan Masarwi al-Rub, a 27-year-old resident of Shefar'am, was shot near a car wash under his management.
He was brought by his friends to a resuscitation clinic with a bullet in the chest and gunshot wounds to all parts of his body, and at the end of the resuscitation operations he was pronounced dead. Patan Masarwi al-Rub, a 27-year-old resident of Shefar'am, was shot dead today (Friday) at a gas station in the village of Ibelin in the Galilee, near the car wash facility he ran.
The young man was brought by his friends in a private vehicle to the "resuscitation" clinic in Shefar'am, where he was fatally wounded, with a bullet in the chest and gunshot wounds all over his body, and at the end of the resuscitation operations - where paramedics were forced to determine his death.
Police have opened an investigation into the incident.
Dozens of policemen and YSM personnel arrived at the scene of the incident and are conducting extensive searches to locate suspects, as part of which checkpoints were set up and a police helicopter was called for help. "He arrived lifeless, without a pulse," said paramedic and chief operating officer of the Hayat Medical Center, Wasaf Assi.
"We performed lengthy advanced resuscitation on him, including attempting a surgical operation to try to save his life, but in the end, unfortunately, we were forced to determine his death."
