The prosecution proposal entered the lower house on September 25, three days after the head of the Court made public his decision to call for an extraordinary agreement for the highest court to analyze the request for per saltum of judges Leopoldo Bruglia, Pablo Bertuzzi and Germán Castelli, whose transfers to Comodoro Py were canceled by a decree of President Alberto Fernández.

Siley gives as an example the sentences handed down in the cases against humanity regarding the application of the 2x1 benefit in the “Muiña” and “Rufino Batalla” cases, as well as his intervention in the “Ledesma” file.
Meanwhile, the national government came to distance themselves from the project.
Presidential spokesmen recalled that in 2017 there were three requests for impeachment against Supreme Court judges Rosenkrantz, Elena Highton de Nolasco and Horacio Rosatti, presented by different blocks of deputies, and related to the ruling of the highest court by 2x1 against repressors .
