Einav, the granddaughter of the late Esther Nachmias, mourns: "I hear the person who says 'most of the patients are older, and they will die anyway'

The late Esther Nachmias (91 years old at the time of her death) was born in France and immigrated to Israel at the age of five.
"Grandma was an amazing person, she lived next door to me and every time I came back from school I would pass by her," says Einav Mosley.
"We were all connected to her. Even after her husband passed away more than 25 years ago, she continued to operate and was surrounded by people at her home in Ramat Hachayal in Tel Aviv."
Mosley adds: "That's why we had such a hard time when in the last two weeks of her life she did it alone at the hospital in the Corona ward. We, her grandchildren and her children fought for the connection, to get to the hospital and understand what was happening with Grandma. It was important to us. "That's how she passed away, lonely. A person has the right to go to his world surrounded by his family members and not in this way."
Einav notes: "I see people who say 'most patients are older, and they will die anyway' and I am shocked. Imagine it is your mother or father, grandfather or grandmother. How can you say such things at all? After all, at any age a person is important and we love him. Unfortunately, "People do not think before they react and do not understand how painful this situation, this disease, is."
