The Observatory issued an amber rainstorm warning signal at 7:25 in the morning; and at 8:05 in the morning, a red rainstorm warning was issued, indicating that a wide area of Hong Kong has been recorded or is expected to have heavy rain exceeding 50 mm per hour and rain The trend may continue; the thunderstorm warning is in effect at the same time.
The Observatory said that a wide area of Hong Kong may be affected by heavy rain in the short term, and the public should be more vigilant.
At 8 o'clock in the morning, the Observatory recorded a temperature of 26 degrees and a relative humidity of 95%; the highest UV index today is predicted to be about 7, indicating a high intensity.
At 5 o'clock in the morning, the tropical depression in the Northwest Pacific gathered about 1,260 kilometers east-southeast of Okinawa. It is expected to move slowly and cross the seas south of Japan.
