The incident occurred when the baby was playing in the Don Bosco square at the intersection of Lope de Vega and Miranda in the Buenos Aires neighborhood, rescuers reported.


Personnel from Station 9 "Versailles" were alerted after a 911 call about a boy who had his lower right limb trapped in

the division of the main trunk
