It refers to how people view decision-making in government. A consulting firm has been monitoring him since June.

The question is repeated, steadily, from the very genesis of the electoral duo.

First it was who managed the campaign and decided the lists.

Since December, and until today, who makes the decisions in government management.

The relationship between Alberto Fernández and Cristina Kirchner reveals the red circle and public opinion in general.

Several consultants have been monitoring

how the duo works

.

In one of those studies, in October, there was a break.

For most, now the last word is she and not him.

The survey that brings this novelty is from

Real Time Data (RTD)

, a consultancy created last year and that makes daily update measurements.

It is led by

Nicolás Solari

, political scientist and former Poliarquía.

They have institutional clients, some of them foreign funds.

The last survey, of

861 cases

online, was made between September 28 and October 4, with a margin of error of +/- 4%.

Clarín

advanced days ago part of the survey, which showed the centrality that the vice president maintains.

RTD

asked people which politician represented him the most and who would retire.

Cristina was first in both rankings.

In another of the most interesting pictures of the work, the consultant stated:

"Who do you think has the last word on important issues: Cristina Kirchner or Alberto Fernández?"

.

It is a question that they have been addressing since June and this last month, for the first time, the vice prevailed: 47% against 46%.

Completed the "ns / nc".

The sequence shows how the gap narrowed:

- In

June

, 57% assured that the President had the last word and 33%, the former: distance of 24 points.

- In

July

, Alberto F. fell to 53% and Cristina rose to 41%: 12 difference.

- In

August

, Alberto F. added 50%, Cristina 42% and got to 8.

- In

September

, Alberto F. reached 49% and Cristina 45%: a gap of only 4 points.

- In

October

the trend was directly reversed: she 47% and he 46%.

The

RTD

study

shows another symptomatic change, in this case linked to management.

The consulting firm asked:

"Do you approve or disapprove of the work that Alberto Fernández is doing as president?"

.

In January, shortly after taking office, the relationship was 55% in favor and 39% against.

In April, the president reached his peak: + 74% and - 21%.

But since then, it has had a sustained fall, which ended October with a negative balance: + 46% against -50%.

Now, the approval of the discharge is sustained basically by the own accompaniment.

Although it lost some points, the support of the

voters of the Frente de Todos

for the administration of Alberto F. continues to be overwhelming: it is

90% positive

, against the peak of 97% in April.

Quite the contrary, of course, happened with the eyes of the

voters of Together for Change

: from an interesting 53% in favor in April, it fell to the almost null

1% approval

in October.

The President is better off with his personal image.

According to

RTD

data

, in October it kept the balance in green despite the fall: 51% in favor and 48% against.

Only the head of government, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, and former minister Roberto Lavagna surpass him in the table.

Also,

Alberto F.

is the one with the

best "very good" rating

: 29 points.

With 22 of "good", it reaches 51 of positive.

Cristina

, on the other hand, combines 41% positive and 59% negative, with

a "very bad" image record

: 52 points.

The good and the bad of Alberto, Cristina and the opposition

In another part of the survey,

RTD

addresses the figures of the President and Vice in a more qualitative way.

Ask about the best and the worst, based on words that define them (always according to the respondents).

And there

the crack is deep

.

The main references of Together for Change also pass through the filter.
