The city hardest hit by unemployment rates, with an alarming 26%, no less than double the national average, and unprecedented levels of poverty, once again demonstrated with

a vigorous banner

in the streets of Mar del Plata.

"Illusions, wanting to put bars on ideas!";

"We are not going to allow the republic to be taken away."

"No to impunity, enough to protect the jets", some of the voices of the "indignant" Mar del Plata, as they summon themselves from social networks, who joined # 12O.

The meeting point, as always, was the corner of Luro and Miter avenues

, in front of the monument to General José de San Martín, but the caravans were arriving there from different sectors of the city.

An hour before the start scheduled for 5:00 p.m.,

a thick caravan of cars left from Plaza Colón

and then the line branched out through the downtown streets, at a man's pace and honking, to converge on Luro Avenue.

"Do not be fooled, when Justice is fair it puts things in their place," the protesters received a flag with a caricature of Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner dressed in a striped suit.

The people of Mar del Plata disregarded the request that came from the Buenos Aires governorate and that the representatives of the Local Front of All replied during the week, urging not to demonstrate due to the difficult health situation that is registered in the city, which has more than 3,000 people in treatment for coronavirus and that until Sunday night had left 583 deceased.

They suggested that the demonstration take place on the networks

, "as we Peronists are going to do on October 17," the Axel Kicillof government had announced.

It seemed that those voices calling for caution generated the opposite, they encouraged the protesters to take to the streets.

Since the flags were carried out, this Monday was one of the most profuse in the beaten Mar del Plata.

"Enough of the corruption, impunity, imposition, poverty. Enough!", They shouted, sometimes singing the national anthem, amid applause and with the permanent and deafening background of the horns.

News in development.
