A number of contemporary short story influencers attended in the city of Homs with their emotional productions during the evening that the Homs branch of the Arab Writers Union held at its headquarters today.
In his story entitled “A Woman Among the Clouds”, the writer Issa Ismail dealt with the story of a man traveling by plane to another country and a woman in his thirties sitting next to him and his desire to talk to her, describing in the story her striking shape and her love for reading, as he found the novel “Memory of the Flesh” that she was reading throughout the trip, beginning to get to know them. .
For his part, Dr. Nazih, in a role, participated through the story of “Dedication”. She talked about a young man and a girl engaged and the young woman’s joy in printing her first collection and sharing her fiancée with her happiness. He also dealt with a role in his second story entitled “Sight and Insight” the story of a family who wanted to kill her daughter under the pretext of washing shame and chose for that task her blind son Who lost his sight years ago
As for Dr. Gerges Hourani, he participated through the story of "Love Letter", which talked about a love relationship that brought a young man to a girl and sent many messages to her, describing his feelings with each message and his increasing attachment to it.
