Lind said, "The strong position of the European Union is still the same ... we continue to urge Turkey to withdraw," noting that the European Union also expects constructive steps towards democracy and human rights in Turkey.
Lind also criticized the Turkish regime's provocative decision to resume exploration operations in the eastern Mediterranean, ignoring the sovereignty of Greece and Cyprus over the territorial waters.
While Ihsanoglu tried to escape from the embarrassment caused by the Swedish Foreign Minister, especially by criticizing the violations of his human rights system, by accusing the Swedish minister of speaking with his regime.
