The after-school programs will work, but it is not clear to what extent they will meet the conditions • Kindergarten children still have no solution • What will a teacher from a red city who teaches in a green city do?

• and when it will all happen

The hidden rabbi over the visible:

Parents still have countless unresolved questions, and it seems that even the Ministry of Education still does not know what will actually happen, since the outline has not yet been approved.

When will school return?

The Ministry of Health announced that the return will not be by date but by morbidity indices.

In addition, a decision may be made that in red cities, students will not return to classrooms at all.

It is estimated that until the students in the upper classes return to study, it will be another long week and even several months.

Until then, in places where you do not return to school, online learning will continue.

Why did the Ministry of Education not divide the kindergartens into capsules, despite the recommendations?

Ultimately, the decision rests solely with the Ministry of Health and not the Ministry of Education.

Therefore, if there is no demand from the Ministry of Health for capsules, the Ministry of Education will not divide the education system into capsules on its own - certainly when it comes to costs of millions and even billions of shekels to recruit teachers, buildings, equipment and more.

The teacher lives in a red city, while the school is in a green city - what is the decision in such a case?

This is one of the complex issues in the education system.

As long as the government does not decide that there is a curfew in red cities and that workers in these cities cannot leave - there is no legal way to prevent them from reaching kindergartens and schools.

What will a teacher do if her child is in first-fourth grade and has no framework for him?

At the moment, the Ministry of Education also does not have a solution for the children of teaching staff, whose parents are forced to go to work.

In a large number of municipalities, frameworks are in place for the children of medical staff, but not for all the children of essential workers.

This means that a doctor's child will be able to enter the framework, but a child of a teacher or teacher may not necessarily be able to do so.

As in the first wave, those same kindergarteners and teachers will have to decide whether to spend sick days under all sorts of arguments, to stay with the kids at home.

Will the after-hours work as usual?

The intention is to run daycares to allow parents a long working day.

However, mixing students from several groups and ages, will no longer be acceptable to the Ministry of Health, most likely.

On the other hand, running a daycare for a very low number of students will entail high costs and will require a large recruitment of staff.

In all likelihood, not all daycare operators will be able to meet such conditions.
