The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran affirmed that the peaceful use of nuclear energy is a strategic principle for Tehran and that the Iranian people will continue to use this energy forever.
In a tweet on its Twitter site, commenting on US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's allegations that “Iran threatens the world with its nuclear program,” the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran affirmed that Iranian nuclear industry scientists are committed to the directives and instructions of the leadership and are ready to confront US arrogance and unilateralism in the issue of using nuclear energy.
Pompeo's attack and his new claims about Iran come at a time when his administration is making every effort in recent years to destroy the nuclear deal, despite the recognition of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the signatory countries that Iran was the most cooperative with it regarding its nuclear program.
