The cities that will be presented to the cabinet, under their definition as "red" and have a high morbidity rate, are: Modi'in Illit, Bnei Brak, Rechasim, Beitar Illit, Elad, Beit Shemesh, Kiryat Malachi and neighborhoods in the city of Jerusalem.
