Two men, aged 19 and 44, were arrested in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of
Flores,
accused of drugging a 26-year-old girl with burundanga, who, unconscious, was
sexually abused
aboard a truck.
The fact, which was made known this Friday, occurred last week when, as part of the security controls carried out by personnel of the Motorized Department in the jurisdiction of the Neighborhood Police Station 7 A, the police saw a black Renault Kangoo truck
parked in double row
at the intersection of Varela and Castañares avenues.
As they approached, the troops noticed that there were two people inside who were holding a black plastic bag and that when they noticed the police presence they threw it to the ground.
The officers approached the vehicle and saw that
an unconscious young woman
was in the passenger seat
and her clothes were out of order,
so they proceeded to identify the men who were with her.
The van where the victim was abused.
When corroborating the papers of the truck, they found that the driver's license of one of the defendants did not have the corresponding holograms and, in turn, that the bag that they had just discarded contained a tablet, a computer and two cell phones.
Faced with the suspicious situation, the officers, by order of the Criminal and Correctional Judge 42, María Gabriela Lanz, detained the two men and ordered the transfer of the young woman in a SAME ambulance to the Piñeiro Hospital.
Upon regaining consciousness, the victim, who also lives in the Flores area, said that she had been intercepted by two men, who
gave her a substance and sexually abused her.
For this reason, she was subjected to rigorous preventive controls and treatments in cases of sexual abuse.
Regarding the detainees, the sources said that they are a 44-year-old man of Bolivian nationality and a young man of 19, Argentine, both domiciled in Villa 1-11-14 of Bajo Flores.
