The article pointed out that Trump was able to temporarily suspend and postpone many investigations, cases and lawsuits directed against him due to his presidential position, including the one-year legal battle to uncover his tax declarations, pointing out that many of these investigations have been brought up in the courts and he will face them, whether he was elected or not. "A wide range of legal cases, including criminal investigations by a number of prosecutors in New York, will be focused on in the weeks following Election Day."
