The Walpertskirchen community has given some thought to this.
She wants to get an opinion on the planned construction area WA 4 with densified settlement forms.
The commissioned architects Lindner created a virtual presentation - with an online questionnaire.
This form of participation was suggested by Jochen Göß municipal council (CSU).
The building committee prepared the questionnaire.
Mayor Franz Hörmann (CSU) announced that the project will be put online on the community website on Monday.
After Walpertskirchen held a first, very well-attended information event on this topic a year ago, they now want to present the planning, which has now become more concrete, and to know again how it is received by the citizens, explains Hörmann.
In WA 4 on Oberhoferstraße, among other things, terraced houses with a living space of 105 to 125 square meters and underground parking as well as a multi-generation house with communal areas are planned.
"The floor plans are inherently more economical," says Hörmann.
"A building land designation at the previous level will no longer work," he said with a view to the increased land prices.
They want to know what people willing to build think of the new concept and whether they can make friends with the idea of acquiring common property.
In the presentation, the types of living are described and illustrated using floor plans.
After evaluating the questionnaires, you want to speak to the interested parties again.
Parallel to the virtual presentation, a direct mail is being prepared to draw attention to the online survey.
