The corona numbers are also rising again in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district.
With this in mind, the Tölzer City Clinic is again changing the visitor rules this Saturday.
Bad Tölz - The Asklepios City Clinic Bad Tölz is adjusting the visiting rights from this Saturday, October 17th and is returning to the following rule: "One visitor per patient per day", according to an Asklepios press release.
Visiting hours are daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
"In times of increasing Covid numbers in the district and the region, this serves the safety of patients, other visitors and employees in our clinic," says clinic managing director Felix Rauschek.
Visitors have to register each time, bring their own mouth and nose protection and wear it like the patients during their stay.
In addition, the following applies: “Only one visitor per room at the same time.” Therefore, waiting times could arise.
Wearing FFP masks with an exhalation valve is not permitted as they do not provide adequate protection for other people.
Access to the clinic only via the main entrance
When entering and leaving the hospital and patient rooms, visitors are asked to disinfect their hands. “It is important that the relatives can continue to visit the patients.
The subject of hygiene and patient safety is still the top priority, ”said Rauschek.
Visitors with cold symptoms should expressly stay away from the hospital.
Access to the clinic is only possible via the main entrance.
The hospital will continue to offer the full range of treatments, the press release said.
And: "The clinic is well prepared for a possible increase in corona cases." However, the Asklepiosklinik treated the last corona patient around two months ago.
Currently, only one person in the district who tested positive for Covid-19 is in inpatient treatment - but because of an underlying disease and not because of the corona virus, as the district office reports.
