When will the relief begin?

The first phase will begin today and these will be in effect - unless there is a change in the morbidity trend, then a re-examination will be performed - until Saturday in two weeks.

Who goes back to school?

Kindergarten children.

These will join special education children, children and youth at risk, as well as boarding school students whose studies have been excluded by regulations set even before the closure.

Children do not have to wear a mask inside the kindergarten and are required to bring a health statement every morning.

What about gardens in restricted areas?

Kindergartens in restricted areas (red) will also be opened for studies.

Children in special education and at-risk youth will continue to study as usual (they will be able to go in and out in restricted areas).

Can a parent enter the kindergarten?

In the first seven days of rehearsal a parent will be able to accompany his child and stay with him inside the kindergarten for 10 minutes.

No more than one parent will be allowed in the kindergarten class at the same time.

A parent with signs of illness will not come.

What reliefs are included in the first step?

There are no restrictions on leaving the house;

It will be possible to open jobs without an audience;

Self-collection from restaurants (takeaway);

Opening of nature reserves, national parks and beaches;

Opening of the Temple Mount, the Western Wall plaza and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher for prayer according to capsules;

The ban on visiting other homes is repealed, provided that they meet the crowd limit.

What about gatherings?

In open space - up to 20 people;

In a closed space - up to 10.

What happens if there is an exacerbation of the disease?

If, following the opening, the morbidity worsens and increases, the implementation of the exit plan will be stopped and restrictions will be reinstated.

To avoid such a situation, the public is asked to adhere to the guidelines and allow the morbidity to continue to be met in accordance with the goals set by the Ministry of Health.
