The lawyer Daniel Llermanos, defender of Pablo Moyano in the case for fraud against the Independiente club, and the former head of the Federal Penitentiary Service and former defender of Damián Lagaronne, the also lawyer Víctor Hortel,
were summoned this Tuesday to give an investigative statement as suspects next November 2 and 4.
Llermanos and Hortel will be investigated by
the Buenos Aires prosecutor Sebastián Bisquert in a case related
to the fraud of the Avellaneda club for alleged false complaints and threats against the prosecutor Sebastián Scalera, the same one who this week asked to send Pablo Moyano to an oral trial, then of successive postponements and defense claims.
Llermanos and Hortel
had publicly denied
the charges being awarded.
The Buenos Aires prosecutor Rossi had requested in March last year the arrest and search of Llermanos and Hortel for instigation of false accusations and threats against the fan of the "red", Damián Lagaronne, to testify against the prosecutor Sebastián Scalera.

In the prosecutor Rossi’s complaint, Llermanos “
used
agent Melo as defense attorney for Damián Lagaronne at least since the end of 2017” to try to harm Prosecutor Scalera, the sources said.
Melo would have pressured Lagaronne to prevent him from declaring as an accused collaborator and to falsely denounce spurious maneuvers by prosecutor Scalera.
All with the support of Lagaronne's lawyer, Víctor Hortel, founder of the Kirchnerist group of prisoners Vatayón Militante and named as a participant in Operative Puf against the cause of the Cuadernos de las Coimas, the sources indicated.

declared as repentant
and explained Melo's maneuvers;
