On the night of Friday, a
raid
took place
in a
nightclub
on the
Garmisch-Partenkirchner
Bahnhofstrasse.
Christian Langenmair, head of the inspection, confirms the control and the extent: "
Massive violations
of the
Corona requirements were
found."

table dance bar "Amaris Oriental Club" was the
target of the search.
Langenmair does not confirm that.
He reports that a restaurant was checked at the train station.
In the early hours of the morning, the officials found there, among other things, that there was no adequate
hygiene concept
.
In addition, the visitors
did not comply with
the
mask requirement
, the
guest list
was
poorly kept
.
"The continued operation was prohibited," emphasizes the PI boss.
In such a case, the temporary cessation of operations may be arranged by the police, the further steps are incumbent on the district office.
Spokesman Wolfgang Rotzsche does not want to comment on the incident, refers to the ongoing proceedings.
“We're looking into the case,” he says.

Sihat Tekdas, son of the manager of the
“Amaris Oriental Club”
, admits that the restaurant is closed.
Since his father was not present during the raid, the
hygiene
plan could not be presented to
the police
.
It has since been
submitted later.
"We are waiting for confirmation," says Tekdas.
The table dance bar had already been checked in August.
At that time, the lack of a hygiene concept and violations of the mask requirement were criticized.
The district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen hit the headlines in September because of a so-called “super spreader”.
The number of infections skyrocketed for a short time.
Currently, however, the district is one of the ones with the lowest infection rate.
On Monday (October 19), the incidence was only 22.6 and thus even below the first warning value of 35.
