A psychiatric expert report by Belgian criminal Marc Dutroux concluded that he was dangerous and “
a high risk of recidivism
”, leading his lawyers to give up “
for the moment
” to request his release, one of them announced on Wednesday 21st of October.
After 24 years in prison, the inmate is still at high risk of reoffending, according to this report.
"
The maximum risk, a certain degree of perversion, a psychopathic profile, an asociality and a certain sadism
" can one read in this report, according to Sudpresse.
"
It is very very negative (...), it locks the last doors,
" said Bruno Dayez about this report which he initially envisioned as a key step in a future request for parole.
Marc Dutroux, 63, held in solitary confinement for 24 years, is considered one of the worst criminals in Belgium.
As a reminder, Marc Dutroux was sentenced in 2004 to life imprisonment and to 10 years of provision of the TAP, for having kidnapped and kidnapped six young girls - Julie, Mélissa, An, Eefje, Sabine and Laëtitia -, for having sexually abused them and for killing the first four.
