The occupation of the Etchevehere family's field in Santa Elena, Entre Ríos, completed a week and
the judicial definitions did not arrive,
amid cross accusations from the parties in conflict, about threats and attacks.
Still without confirmation,
at 5:00 p.m.
this Thursday there could be a resolution of the subrogated judge of Guarantees of La Paz, Raúl Flores
.
After a night of tension, this Thursday the demonstration of agricultural producers continued at the entrance of the “Casa Nueva” establishment and
the expectation is growing
for the judge to decide on the complaint of Leonor Barbero Marcial de Etchevehere for allegedly affecting Article 73 subsection K of the Criminal Procedure Code of Entre Ríos.
The owner, and yesterday also the prosecutor in the case, Oscar Sobbko, requested the eviction of the usurpers, "
among whom is Dolores Etchevehere, a family member who claims to have valid inheritance rights, in contradiction to what her mother and her brothers, who argue that she has already received her share and has no financial ties with them since 2018 ”.
The field, in the northeast of Entre Ríos, was usurped last Thursday by a hundred adherents of the Excluded Workers Movement (MTE)
, led at the national level by social leader Juan Grabois, who acts as lawyer for Dolores Etchevehere.
Both announced the "Artigas Project", which would develop gardens and other agro-ecological productions in that field.
On Wednesday evening, progress had been made in a conciliation hearing
and the protesters who had arrived at the place since morning assumed that the judge, meeting with the parties in La Paz - the departmental head - would issue the order to evict the occupants.
Agricultural producers are asking that the Justice order the eviction of those who have occupied the "Casa Nueva" establishment in the northwest of Entre Ríos for a week.

But there were
reports of threats
and Flores gave a deadline until noon this Thursday for the corresponding evidence to be presented, both to the parties and to the national government officials who intervened.
For example,
Victoria Donda, head of the National Institute against Discrimination (INADI) participated in the hearing by videoconference
and denounced violent attitudes on the part of the ruralistas who gathered at the gates of the usurped countryside.
The National Director of Promotion and Strengthening of Access to Justice under the Ministry of Justice of the Nation,
Gabriela Carpineti
,
also participated in the hearing
, who later
acknowledged that she stayed in the usurped camp
.
Shortly before 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Donda assured - within the framework of the official hearing - that "at this moment people are entering the field
threatening death to those who are inside the property
."
By virtue of the statements, the prosecutor Sobko withdrew from the Courtroom and then returned to give an account of the “communications received” and the instructions that he gave to the Head of the Departmental Police Headquarters of La Paz.
Faced with this situation, the judge decided to postpone the resolution
, and formalized the request for the presentation of evidence, as a previous step to its resolution.
Once the deadline for making these presentations effective at the Hearings Management Office of this city of La Paz has elapsed, it is estimated that Judge Flores is analyzing them and will
resolve them in the next few hours.
