At 3:47 pm yesterday, the police and firefighters received multiple reports that a hill fire occurred on the back hill of Fan Kam Road in Sheung Shui.

The mountain fire was not put out until 11 o'clock in the evening. The reporter saw at the scene that there were three lines of fire emerging from Lincun Country Park.
