The new Corona virus has claimed the lives of more than one million and 158 thousand people around the world since its appearance last December, according to the American World Meters website.
The site stated that the total number of HIV infections around the world has reached 43289569, and the total death cases are 1158106, while the total number of recoveries from the virus has reached 31854673 cases.
The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 230,477 deaths out of 8883190 cases, followed by India with 119,030 deaths out of 79,09049 cases, and Brazil, with 157,134 deaths out of 5394128 injuries.
