The new Corona virus has claimed the lives of more than a million and 164 thousand people around the world since its appearance last December, according to the World Meter website.
The site stated that the total number of HIV infections around the world has reached 43 million and 790,543 cases, and deaths have reached one million and 164,609 cases, while the total cases of recovery reached 32 million and 182,737 people.
In Brazil, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 15,726 cases and 263 new deaths from the virus, bringing the total number of infections to 5.4 million, while the total number of deaths reached 157,397 deaths.
In turn, the Mexican Ministry of Health announced the registration of 4,166 infections and 247 new deaths with the virus, which brings the total number of infections to 895,326 and deaths to 89,171.
In Germany, data from the Robert Koch Institute for Infectious Diseases showed that the number of confirmed cases of corona in the country rose to 449,275 after 11,409 new infections were recorded, and the total deaths rose to 10,098 cases after 42 new deaths were recorded.
In China, the health authorities recorded 16 new cases of Coronavirus on the mainland, all of them imported, bringing the total confirmed cases of the virus to 85,826 cases, while the number of deaths remained unchanged at 4,634.
In turn, Egypt recorded 167 injuries and 12 new deaths in Corona, compared to 143 injuries and 12 deaths the previous day, bringing the total number of injuries that were recorded in Egypt until yesterday, 106,707 injuries, including 98,981 cases that were cured and 6211 deaths.
