Constitutionalist Daniel Sabsay came out to

criticize

Elisa Carrió in

harsh terms

for supporting the candidacy of Judge Daniel Rafecas for Attorney General of the Nation.

Rafecas is the national government candidate to replace

Eduardo Casal

, who currently holds the position on an interim basis.

"It really calls my attention; I have opposed that candidacy, which is very wrong. Rafecas has not done honor to his position at all and

has committed truly pitiful acts as a judge

," said Sabsay, interviewed by Alfredo Leuco on

Radio Miter.

He added: "(Rafecas) it was clearly denounced that messages were sent with (Amado) Boudou's lawyer, who was being investigated in a case that he was carrying out, and he was the one who 'raffled' the prosecutor's complaint (Alberto) Nisman between roosters and midnight when he did not even consider it necessary to open a test measure ".

In this sense, the constitutionalist said that

he was "stunned"

by the news of Carrió's proposal: it

"surprised"

him and "caught his attention."

Sabsay also maintained that "it does not seem right" that it was

"an isolated decision of one of the forces of Together for Change

."

Sabsay pointed to the statement signed by the

Civic Coalition-ARI

.

There, the political space headed by Carrió asks that Together for Change contribute the votes in the Senate so that the Government can appoint the new Attorney General of the Nation, the head of all prosecutors.

Elisa Carrió, from home.

"It is not positive; many times Carrió, whom I admire and has had extraordinary acts,

 has a problem of overacting.

I do not know if it is the product of great egotism,

but

I don't think they are constructive gestures

in the framework of such a great difficulty for the opposition to remain united and to face a locomotive that does not leave an institution standing, "Sabsay warned.

Finally, the constitutionalist maintained that "Carrió instills a

lot of fear

" and insisted: "I do not find an isolated proposal to be made public when one is part of a coalition constructive. In this context it

is a mistake."

The document of the space led by Carrió starts like this: "Nowadays an institutional gesture free of political speculation is necessary, especially in these moments of so much distrust in the Republic and the institutions. That gesture has to be to leave the personal trifles and

pay two thirds to the appointment of the Attorney General of the Nation proposed by the President

of the Nation, Dr. Rafecas ".

Finally, consulted by the extensive letter from Cristina Kirchner, Sabsay indicated that he does not believe in the proposal for a political, social and economic agreement expressed in the text by the vice president, especially "from someone who during eight years of government

never spoke with the opposition

and made a cult of division. "

"I do not believe in these types of attitudes, it contradicts itself with a whole trajectory; it is

a multiprocessed one that leads a mad race towards impunity

. That has nothing to do with national unity and she does not have the characteristics to propose an agreement", sentenced.

Cristina published the letter on her official website on Monday one day after the death of Néstor Kirchner.

He titled it, precisely, "October 27. Ten years without him and one of the electoral triumph: feelings and certainties."
