Israel and the United States will announce today (Wednesday) the extension of scientific cooperation agreements between the two countries so that they will also apply to the settlements in the West Bank, senior Israeli and American officials said.
The agreements that will be amended concern three American-Israeli government funds that invest money in research and development in Israel and the United States.
The three agreements that regulate the activities of the funds include a territorial clause according to which it is forbidden to invest money of the funds beyond the 1967 lines.
