Morales has been in exile since last year after resigning the presidency of Bolivia, following military intervention and massive protests following a controversial election for a fourth presidential term.
Longaric added that an invitation will be sent to the questioned president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, for the inauguration of Arce if the incoming administration requests it to the Bolivian Foreign Ministry.
He also said that an invitation was sent to the President of Cuba, Miguel Mario Díaz-Canel.
