As part of the exercise, emphasis is placed on a scenario in which thousands of steep-track firing items are fired at Israel every day, Hezbollah attempts to attack outposts on the line of contact and damage to Israel's strategic facilities.

Among other things, the IDF also practiced the possibility of firing "from the east," as well as Hezbollah's takeover of Israeli territory for a limited time. As part of the exercise, the terrorist organization "managed to hold a limited area for about a day." "Even if they have ground achievements with us, we had at the same time, if not before, ground achievements with them," a senior officer noted in a conversation with reporters.

According to another officer, "Our outline of action was a defense exercise in all arenas, attacks, blows throughout Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, and of course maneuvering in Lebanon, which was the core of the exercise."

The exercise was conducted by the Commander of the Training and Command Command, Major General Moti Baruch.

Who practiced with his men the chief of staff, generals and chiefs of staff.

The commando brigade also participated in the exercise and practiced Mount Hermon, which led to a fire in the area.

The new multidimensional unit in the IDF also participated in the exercise, and the "red unit" was also activated for the first time - a unit on the new enemy day of the land arm.

Great emphasis in the exercise was placed on the activity of the Air Force and the cooperation with him, when, among other things, there was a practice of evacuating many wounded from the depths of the field.

Additional emphasis is placed on attacking targets at a high rate.

All Air Force squadrons participated in the exercise, including the Air Defense System, which was required to deal with thousands of targets sent to Israel from various directions in the exercise.

The Air Force also focused on protection against cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles, which could enter Israeli territory.

The Air Force also significantly integrated the "mighty" aircraft (F-35i) in missions of assault and air superiority in the exercise.

In parallel with the General Staff exercise, the corps itself has a corps exercise that has examined the functional continuity at bases, as well as the possibility of aircraft crashing and dealing with the need to rescue fighters. "It is difficult to bring down the Air Force ... sometimes we practice it "Like rescuing abandoned pilots deep in the field, and to see how the system copes with the operational challenge of partial superiority in certain areas," the officer said.

The Technology and Logistics Division was also a key part of the exercise, and practiced the deployment of a developing logistics network in the sector and the transfer of ammunition and equipment to field forces in a short time and with maximum accuracy.

The United Supply Center (SARS), which was established about three months ago, also practiced its supply capabilities for a northern outline for the first time.

In the background, the IDF recently completed an update of operational plans for the northern arena, with the exercise that ended being the finishing chord for the process. “The focus of the exercise was on the northern arena.

"The scenario was aggravated, and included both fighting in Gaza and proxy elements, Iranian envoys from countries not bordering us," the senior officer said.
