Police arrested a 19-year-old tertiary male student on suspicion of loitering at a unit on Broadcast Drive in Kowloon City this (29th) morning.
The man was suspected of committing verbal harassment and indecency to five female students from a prestigious school in Kowloon Tong from September to October this year.
According to the police, the suspect followed the girl who left the school alone during school hours and stopped the girl when he went to a secluded place. After asking the girl about the location of the bathroom, he became incontinent and smiled in front of him. The victim fled in panic. At that time, the suspect caught up and made speech harassment.

The police recently (27th) received a case involving a female middle school in Kowloon City District, stating that a total of 5 students aged between 15 and 17 were harassed by the same young man last month to the present.
