Minutes after 7 p.m., the militants of the Artigas Project, who respond to the social leader Juan Grabois, evicted the "Casa Nueva" field, in La Paz, Entre Ríos, owned by the Etchevehere family, after 15 days in which they usurped the property along with Dolores, sister of the former Minister of Agroindustry of Mauricio Macri, who led the protest at the gate of the place resisting the occupation.

The exodus from the field took place as reported by Grabois, leader of the Excluded Workers Movement and defense attorney for Dolores Etchevehere, in a video that was released shortly after 3 p.m., after the ruling of Judge Carolina Castagno, who ordered the "reinstatement immediately "from the Casa Nueva property to the male brothers of the Etchevehere family.

"As the Artigas Project, we decided to withdraw from Casa Nueva and continue the battle for justice," Grabois said.

"We recommend that Dolores (Etchevehere) follow the same temperament," he continued, but clarified that "she is not willing" and that a group of women will remain by her side "to protect her human rights and ensure that they are respected."

In his message, Grabois accepted that the judicial decision meant for the group to have "suffered a defeat", but -he said- they will leave the place "with the dignity of giving a noble and just fight."

"Thank you very much to all those who expressed their support during the taking. With truth and justice we will have a better country. The law was imposed on barbarism", celebrated Luis Miguel Etchevehere after the decision of the Justice.

The Grabois militants left the scene with a caravan of vehicles.

The provincial police put together a cordon to guarantee their departure and avoid an incident with rural producers stationed at the entrance to the property.

"We want to go and take possession of what is ours,"

said Juan Etchevehere, who entered the property immediately after the eviction.
