The other power that is not the White House

Not all power goes to the president of the United States.

On November 3, Americans also decide the composition of Congress, the Capitol, which houses the House of Representatives, which now has a Democratic majority, and the Senate, where Republicans rule.

If the Democrats take control of this chamber and Trump revalidates his mandate, the United States may begin a stage of political blockade.

If Biden is the one who achieves the presidency, he would obtain the same power that Obama already held in 2008 and would be given the possibility of undertaking a new phase of reforms in the country.
