Britain has recorded 24,405 infections and 274 new deaths from the emerging coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.
The British Ministry of Health stated that the total number of HIV infections in the country reached 179,278, while the total number of deaths in the last seven days reached 1,882.
The Spanish health authorities also announced the registration of 25,595 new cases of coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.
In a statement, the ministry indicated that the total number of HIV infections in the country reached 1185678.
The ministry recorded 239 new deaths from the virus, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 35,878.
Spain implemented a state of emergency for the second time, starting last Sunday, which allowed the imposition of a night curfew throughout the country, with the exception of the Canary Islands.
