The advance of the AFA to terminate the contract with Fox Sports, one of the licensees of the audiovisual rights of the First Division tournament, returned this Friday to zero.

After presenting an appeal, the court upheld the request of Disney's lawyers to "not innovate" and the twelve games of the first date of the Professional Soccer League Cup will be televised on the screens of TNT Sports and Fox Sports Premium , as has happened since 2017.

The two games that will open the date this Friday - Gymnastics-Patronato and Talleres-Newell's - will be broadcast by TNT Sports, Turner's premium signal.

And in the next few hours the grid of the other ten meetings will be known.

This is a severe setback for the AFA of Chiqui Tapia, which took a false step in its intention to renegotiate the TV contracts, whose expiration date is 2027.
