Three men, including a 16-year-old minor, were referred this Saturday, October 31 and the two adults will be tried on Monday, November 2 after the discovery of tags threatening the mayor of the 8th arrondissement of Lyon with beheading, the prosecution said.

The two adults were placed in pre-trial detention for their immediate appearance before the criminal court on Monday at 2 p.m., said the Lyon prosecutor's office in a press release.
The minor was indicted by the duty children's judge and also placed under arrest warrant.
"We are going to behead you child of satan"
These threatening inscriptions, discovered on the shutters and the door of the Philibert Delorme school center on October 24, were directed against the mayor of the arrondissement but also against teachers and students, in particular in these terms:
“the mayor of the 8th
arrondissement
, we go behead you child of satan ”;
"We are going to behead the teachers and the students";
“We're going to behead your mother”
.
CCTV cameras made it possible to see three men, wearing dark clothes, two of whom had climbed the grounds of the establishment.
