Today, Jordan recorded 67 deaths and 5,384 new infections with the emerging coronavirus, amid a comprehensive ban across the country.
The Jordanian Ministry of Health stated that the total number of HIV infections in the Kingdom rose to 101,248 cases and deaths to 1,136 cases.
Yesterday, the Jordanian health authorities announced the registration of 40 deaths and 4,630 cases of Coronavirus.
For his part, Jordanian Minister of Health, Nazir Obeidat, warned that Jordan is going through the difficult stage of the spread of the Corona virus, as infections increase, adding, "The virus is spreading inside Jordan and we must prepare for the rise in infections and we must deal with this reality."
The Ministry of Health called for following safety and prevention standards, wearing masks, and not holding gatherings of more than 20 people.
