Samuel Paty, 47, was beheaded on October 16 on leaving his college in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine (Yvelines) by Abdoullakh Anzorov, an 18-year-old Chechen Russian refugee, because he had shown caricatures of Muhammad during two courses on freedom of expression earlier this month.
