The president of Argentina, Alberto Fernández, on Monday dismissed Evo Morales, former president of Bolivia, who returns to his country after spending a year in Argentina as a refugee.

From La Quiaca in the province of Jujuy, the Argentine president and his entourage held an act before Morales crossed the international bridge between the Argentine border and Bolivia.

"On the other side of this bridge there are thousands of Bolivians waiting to hug Evo ... It was really an honor to have you among us, we are going to miss you," said Fernández.
