Emmanuel Macron and President-elect Joe Biden will soon speak face to face.
A telephone appointment must be made.
As of Saturday evening, like almost the whole world, the head of state warmly congratulated the winner of the American election as well as the new vice-president, Kamala Harris.
“We have a lot to do to meet today's challenges.
Let's act together! ”
He said on Twitter in French and English.
The Americans have appointed their President.
Congratulations @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris!
We have a lot to do to meet today's challenges.
Let's act together!
